I have been a resident of Portsmouth, Rhode Island for the past 5 years. I am a Somerset MA native and graduated from Somerset High School in 1983. After graduating, I served in the U.S. National Guard.

In 2007, I made a decision to leave a partnership at a local Century 21 franchise. In 14 years, I grew that company from 1 office 12 agents to a 2 office, 75 agents’ organization. At 42 years old I decided that I needed to become a pilot of my own plane, so to speak. I am aggressive and passionate about my profession and treat all my customers the way I would expect to be treated. I look forward to becoming your “Family Realtor”.

In January 2009, after 13 months of business, I acquired Pinnacle Realty Services in New Bedford, MA, adding 12 agents and location. My hopes are to expanding KAM Realty and gain market share while providing training to new experienced agents.

What a role model, he motivates himself daily! He is his own business model!

I knew I administered a very professionally run office, with great staff and very into the Coldwell Banker Franchise Mark and the wonderful Marketing Tools available to Sellers, Buyers, and my own Associates .......... However, .......... we were in the doldrums at the office, agents waiting for phones lo ring, not feeling good about real estate, and generally needing a kick in the butt. Our bi-weekly meetings with me touting getting back to basics, prospecting, farming, networking, etc. were getting stale.

Along came a thought to speak with Ken Mongeon to see if, as a KNOWN recruiter he might have some ideas to help the situation. After a cup of coffee with Ken I was convinced that he was the most terrific motivator I had ever come across in 32 years. He was the "MOTIVATION MACHINE" we needed. Ken agreed to come in and speak with my agents as a Trainer. He wowed them with his style, his background, his knowledge of the business, and how to GET BUSINESS. Everything I had spoken about in the past but was not getting through to my associates the way he does. Ken made them realize that they had the key to success, they just had to keep opening the doors and make things happen. I have seen a definite difference in the attitude, the motivation and eagerness of everyone who is putting his ideas into their daily routine. Aft.er six sessions of training and consistency using some of his techniques I am seeing the results.
